Platform: Get richer insights into startup candidates with AI company summaries

Even if you’ve got Crunchbase bookmarked, you might not always remember every detail about all the startups on the scene. And now you don’t have to! 

AI company summaries across Gem now include funding insights such as rounds, amounts, and investors, plus direct links to Crunchbase, LinkedIn, and official websites. 

You can use this context to quickly assess startup candidates, understand what stage they joined their companies, who backed the company, and the growth trajectory they experienced. New and improved integrations with Gem

• Workday ATS enhancement: See candidate resumes in seconds, with significant improvements to our Workday syncs. Learn more about the Workday integration.

Gem ATS 

• Link offer fields to departments and/or locations: Set relevant offer fields to only show when relevant—this includes tying custom offer fields to specific departments and/or locations to help team members only use the info they need.

• Job approvals tab: Track approval status, find key details, and view improved info cards, all in a new dedicated Job Approvals tab in Gem ATS. 

• CAPTCHA protection for job applications: Protect against spam applications while maintaining accessibility for legitimate candidates. 

CRM

• Chrome extension sourcing permissions: Control which team members can source via Gem’s Chrome Extension with new role-based access controls.
