Gem is now officially a Workday Innovation Partner, a milestone that validates what our customers already know: Our deep, bi-directional integration  extends Workday Recruiting with faster syncs; unified data; and powerful AI across sourcing, application review, analytics, and scheduling. Upgrade your sourcing with enhanced AI features

No more guesswork when it comes to AI sourcing—these  new features can transform the way you kick off a search, giving you better insights into what type of talent you’re looking for—and where you’re most likely to find them. 

  • Talent Insights: Get an instant snapshot of your talent pool for each AI search—see top titles, companies, and skills with an AI-powered dashboard that helps you visualize and refine your search.

Streamline and simplify approvals in Gem ATS

Keep all your approval processes compliant, flexible, and frustration-free with the latest updates to Gem ATS:

  • Request approvals for openings: Establish an approval process for new openings based on department and location. 

  • Request approvals for pay outside compensation band: Route offers for extra review when pay falls outside the compensation band of an opening or job. 

  • Reject approval requests: Reject an approval request for a job, offer, or opening with one-click, and add a rejection note to restart the process. 

  • Enhanced offer creation and approval process: We’ve made it easier to draft offers, with the flexibility to request approvals when you’re ready. Learn more about offer approvals in Gem ATS.

We have even more updates from Gem ATS and our integrations to give you richer data, enhanced flexibility, and more efficient workflows.

  • Department & location filters in Talent Compass: Slice and dice your reports by department and location hierarchies for deeper insights.

  • iMocha Integration: Test and evaluate candidates faster with the new  iMocha integration. Add an iMocha stage to any interview plan to send assessments, track scores, and view results right in Gem.

  • Job levels for openings: Standardize role hierarchy across job postings and headcount plans—simply specify one or more job levels the next time you’re editing or creating an opening.  

  • Location settings for job access rules: We’ve extended job access rules to include locations, giving Gem Admins flexibility to give users access to all jobs within a location, regardless of department. Head over to Admin Settings > Members to get started.

  • Opening-based job flow: Keep jobs and openings in sync. Enable “Require attached opening to open job” by going to Admin Settings > Gem ATS > Openings.

  • Customizable user permissions for openings: Manage who can view and edit openings to maintain compliance and data integrity. Head over to Admin Settings > Members > User Roles to get started. 

  • Pay transparency on job posts: Ensure consistent compliance and pay range visibility. Display compensation ranges on your job posts by going to Admin Settings > Gem ATS > Job boards & posts.

  • Referral links: Turn every employee into a referrer. Create and share referral links directly from Gem to drive more referrals. Learn more about referral links.
