It's the beginning of the end of the year, and we're getting to some of our most exciting product updates ever!
Check out our latest and greatest features and let us know what you think:
Specify Sequence Types
Now you can distinguish between Sequences you use for outreach and ones you use for event invites by specifying the type in the Sequence editor. This also makes it so you can filter out Event sequences from Outreach Stats so your numbers don't look insane.
Drag-and-Drop to Reorder Custom Fields
Admins can now reorder your custom fields so they appear in the sidebar just the way you like. Head to the Team Admin page to try it out.
Saved Reports in Outreach Stats
Just like in Pipeline Analytics (for you lucky CRM customers), you can now hit the "Save" button in the upper right to save the view you're currently on. Your whole team will be able to access that saved report once you give it a name.
Send-On-Behalf-Of (SOBO) for Outlook
Outlook users rejoice! You can now use the SOBO feature in Gem to make it look like your emails are coming from hiring managers, execs, or whoever else you're leveraging for clicks and replies.
Private Projects
Check out project sharing to see a new option for "Private Projects" - this ensures that when candidates are in private projects, that activities associated with those projects don't appear elsewhere in Gem, like a candidate's activity feed, search, or analytics.
And for CRM customers:
Pipeline Analytics
Group by Gem custom fields in the "Gem Candidates" view
Hide closed jobs: declutter your view when you're grouping by Jobs in the "All Candidates" view
Improved Search Speed
Our zippiest version yet. Try it out and let us know if you have any feedback.
Lastly, we're coming out with a ton of new Pipeline Analytics features coming soon, so for those of you who have been waiting for passthrough rates, fall out rates, and forecasting, your day is coming.
If you're interested in learning more about pipeline forecasting in particular and are willing to give us some early feedback on it, let sarah@gem.com know and we'll reach out in the coming weeks.
We always love hearing from you, so don't hesitate to reach out with whatever's on your mind!
