Sticky Filters in Talent Pipeline: The original filters view options you set will now stick when you toggle between active & consolidated tabs (previously, everything would reset).

COMING SOON

• Premium Email Finding: If you add a prospect to a sequence, but there is no email, Gem will run premium email finding in the background and send the sequence once an email is found

• Outreach Stats in Dashboards: Talent Compass dashboards will soon be able to pull data from Outreach Stats so you can visualize insights across the funnel in one view

• Industry Benchmarks: Talent Compass dashboards will showcase industry benchmarks that you can compare against (based on Gem’s database of over 1,000 customers across different industries & segments)

• Logging Branded Campaigns: Branded campaigns will show up in a prospect’s activity history and will also push to Greenhouse’s activity feed so you can avoid duplicative outreach & nurture efforts
