Gem product update: June 2021

Happy June! We hope you got to spend some time honoring Juneteenth this weekend and preparing for the first wonderful day of summer.

Prospects: Filter on Profile Refresh Date

For those of you with our data refresh capabilities -- which automatically refreshes all eligible profiles in your Gem instance at least every 30 days -- in Prospects, you can now filter on when the profile was last refreshed to ensure that you're always looking at the most up-to-date information before re-engaging.

Project Details on Hover

Projects can contain descriptions, fields for tagging and organization, and information about who created the project and when. For easy access to all this information, hover over the icon next to the name of the project.

Talent Pipeline

Similarly, for those of you with access to Talent Pipeline, you can now view details about a specific job requisition by hovering over the icon next to the job name.

• Branded email campaigns

• Automated SMS sequences

• Searching against your ATS candidates from Prospects.
