Thanks to our customers for continuing to work with us day-in & day-out, even through these bizarre times. Here are the new features Gem released in April.
Dear Talent Acquisition,
Hope you've been doing ok sheltering in place. As sorry as I am for the current state of affairs, it's been kind of neat to see glimpses into so many of your lives over video conference: the cats, dogs, lizards, and humans you share space with; cool posters and art; collections of books, antiques, and jerseys that illustrate your passions (and how cool you all are!).
So first off, a huge thank you for continuing to work with us day-in and day-out, even through these unexpectedly bizarre and uneasy times. All the new features we're excited to tell you about below are the result of your continued partnership and support, and we could not do this without you. If there's anything at all that we can do to help you personally or your team, please don't hesitate to reach out.
And now, here are all the new features we've recently released:
Activity Feed Filters In the activity feed, you can now filter by the type of activity you're looking for:
SOBO Enhancements Now, both the person SOBO-ing (e.g. the recruiter) and the person being SOBO-ed (e.g. the hiring manager) can both set a prospect's reply status from the sidebar or from within the sequence page in Gem.
Search for Anyone in Gmail In the Gem extension inside Gmail, you can now search for any prospect even if you haven't sequenced them:
Nurture Sequences
Have you heard about our new Nurture sequences? Cultivate long-term relationships with talent to keep them interested in your company even if they aren't ready to make a jump yet. Read more about them here.
Pipeline Analytics
Cleaner filters design
Group by Greenhouse custom fields
Days in Stage and Time to Fill: possibly the most-requested analytics feature (also still in beta, so please ask questions and share feedback on this!)
Talent Pipeline
Share Summary by Email with a summary of your active pipeline via Gmail to send it directly to someone's inbox. Click the "Share" button in the upper right to get started.
Saved Views Instead of re-filtering to view the jobs you care about each time you visit Talent Pipeline, click the "Save" button in the upper right to name the view and save it to your personal or team repository.
And finally, one exciting feature that's prepping for the limelight this very moment: are you interested in breaking down your hiring funnels by ethnicity or race? Gem is able to automatically do that now—the same way we do for gender—but we've turned it on only for select customers. I'm sure you have tons of questions (and feedback!), so send us an email or talk to your Gem contact for more details.
Thanks for reading, and stay well! Hope to chat soon.
