‘Tis the holiday season and we are in a gift-giving mood so here's what's new in Gem. As always, feel free to reach out to learn more, ask questions, or share feedback. We'd love to hear from you!
Talent Compass
If you caught our blog post announcement last week, you know that we’ve rolled up Pipeline Analytics, Forecast Calculator, and Dashboards under one brand: Talent Compass, Gem’s insights & planning solution.
And… we’ve brought some recent upgrades to Talent Compass:
Executive-ready forecasts in dashboards: Showcase the number of hires you’re on pace to make and compare it to your goals. You can also dive deeper into the forecast model right from the widget.
Dashboard configurability: Report what you want, how you want by customizing reports with built-in widgets. You can modify the visualizations, filters, stages, breakdowns, and duration of time desired. You can also report on any stage and/or field in Pipeline Analytics! And we have a library of templated visualizations with more coming soon!
Talent Pipeline
Manage your active candidates under one command center
Prevent unwanted changes: Any users with “limited” licenses (i.e., usually hiring managers) are by default unable to edit candidate stages, reject candidates, or message candidates.
Share cleaner views with hiring managers: Hide candidate statuses using the Candidate Details dropdown, creating a cleaner, simpler view when walking through pipelines with stakeholders (e.g. weekly pipeline review with hiring managers).
Quick access to the jobs that matter to you: You can now filter on the recruiter listed on the job req to quickly get to your most relevant jobs.
Gem messages
Stay on top of all comms (text & email)
Triage messages faster: Gem Messages now supports archiving and visually differentiates between read and unread messages.
Never miss a text: Whenever you receive a new text, a notification indicator will show up in the Messages sidebar along with a flashing “New messages in Gem!” in the browser tab.
Coming soon
Source with Gem on Indeed: The Gem extension will soon work on top of Indeed the way it does on LinkedIn, automatically creating candidate profiles and logging all activity between you and the candidate. If you’re interested in this, let your CSM know and we can be sure to let you know as soon as it’s ready.
SuccessFactors integration: Gem will soon be able to integrate with SuccessFactors to allow you to reach out to candidates and one-click upload to SuccessFactors.
Auto-start sequences after premium emails returned: For those of you who have been taking advantage of our premium email-finding service, we’re working on automating that workflow more to save you time and make sure your messaging gets out with no additional effort.
Lastly, as always, we'd love for you to check out our open roles: we're hiring like mad, and we'd love for you so help spread the word.
Thanks for reading, and hope to hear from you soon!
