Gem is proud to announce its new core value: ownership. At Gem, we believe that taking ownership of our work and the outcomes of that work is the key to creating a culture of accountability, trust, and success. In addition to our core values of customer-centricity, transparency, velocity, and diversity, we are committed to promoting a sense of ownership across all levels of our organization. We recognize that when our employees operate like owners, we all benefit from the results.

When we take ownership, we are motivated to go the extra mile and do what it takes to achieve our goals.
