Feature Flags: Gem super admins can manage feature flags via the “Manage feature flags” option in the wrench menu. Search existing features flags, view their history & activity status, and modify them as you need. 

‍Syncing ATS Anonymization Rules [Greenhouse Customers]: Anonymization rules in Greenhouse will be applied to Gem as well to ensure consistency in privacy & compliance.
