Indeed Integration: Gem is now on Indeed! Just like with LinkedIn, you can message and add candidates to Gem from Indeed (one-by-one or in bulk) with all interactions syncing back into the candidate’s activity feed. Contact your CSM to learn more about how to get started:
Gem Extension in Greenhouse App Review: The Gem sidebar is now supported on the Greenhouse application review page which means you can add, message, and edit the profile within your ATS workflow:
Dashboard Read-Only Mode: Create dashboards that only you can edit. All other viewers will see a view-only button in the upper-right corner, and all editing functionality (for dashboard settings, widgets, targets) is hidden:

Talent Pipeline Refresh Rate & Card Statuses: Our team is working to improve refresh rates in Talent Pipeline as well as showcase deeper statuses so you can quickly identify which active candidates need attention.
Automated Sharing in Talent Compass: Gem will soon allow you to automate distribution of reports so you can keep your partners & leaders up to speed in real-time.
Auto-Start Sequences After Premium Emails Returned: For those of you who have been taking advantage of our premium email finding service, we’re working on further automating that workflow to save you time and make sure your messaging gets out with no additional effort.
