Gem Recruiting Platform Now Available on SAP® Store
We’ve been hard at work this past month improving our platform to make Gem even more valuable for you. We hope you enjoy these updates as much as we do!
Here’s a quick summary:
Tailor reporting with Custom Groupings
Automate engagement with sequence routing on Saved Searches
"Likely to Move" and “Tenure at Current Company” filters in Prospect Search
As always, chat with us in Gem to learn more, ask questions, or share feedback.
When searching and filtering with “Likely To Move”, Gem highlights prospects that have recently updated their LinkedIn profiles (without changing roles) and, according to our research, are more likely to be looking for something new. Alternatively, using the “Tenure at Current Company” filter, you can search for specific milestones, like approaching the four-year marker, to identify who might be open to switching companies.
Nurture your talent pool without the work when you set up Sequence Routing to automatically send sequences to prospects matching your search criteria. As new matches are found, recipients are added to the selected sequence automatically.
Easily set up the call forwarding functionality to receive incoming calls from a Gem phone number directly to your phone.
Make the necessary changes to your Gem Jobs with new edits available in stages from renaming, rearranging, and adding new stages.
Enhance your Branded Campaigns and improve performance with editable send times that take into account your audience.
Ashby customers can now:
Upload a candidate from Gem into Ashby and assign them to a job.
Duplicate check against candidates who are already in Ashby using their name and email address.
If an existing candidate profile is found in Ashby, you can merge the current Gem profile with it or choose to create a new Ashby profile for them.
Say goodbye to candidate trackers and hello to strategic collaboration! View all your candidates by stage in process and their key details with Talent Pipeline. Learn more here.
Unlock advanced reporting with Custom Groupings and allow your team to filter by, group by, and breakdown by your specific needs. If you want to view passthrough rates by business units, simply ask your Gem admins to create a Custom Groupings from the “department” ATS field types and bucket them as needed.
Keep timely communication and seamless pipeline management with our newest additions to our Slack integration. From Slack, Gem users can:
Receive notifications on Gem notes when @mentioned or on followed prospects and reply to them
Receive notifications when requested to review or when your review is completed
Invite teammates to edit and work alongside you as you build out your Gem Forms.
Stay on top of the candidate pipelines for the jobs most important to you with Followed Jobs. Select your jobs to follow and get a snapshot of these pipelines on your Gem homepage and at the top of Talent Pipeline.
Thanks for reading, and hope to hear from you soon!
