Gem product update: February 2021

Our monthly product update came sooner than we expected as we blitzed through the shortest month of the year... but a pandemic-sized stockpile of sale-priced Valentine's Day candy helped us work our magic on some really exciting new stuff.

Outreach Stats: group by person attributes

Want to see how your outreach is faring among employees at Joker Inc. vs. Wayne Enterprises? Now you can group by Company, School, or Location to compare different segments of talent and make sure your sourcing strategy is tuned accordingly.

Pipeline Analytics: month-over-month comparisons

If you've ever wanted to compare time windows like month-over-month or quarter-over-quarter, your day has come. In the Pipeline Funnel view of Pipeline Analytics, click the "Group by" dropdown above the table to select "Time," and then you can select what time groupings you want in the top right of the funnel graph:

From the "Share" menu in any Pipeline Analytics view, you can now save the entire page exactly as you see it as a PDF.

Data Refresh

Many customers have already received (or will soon receive) a message from us about Data Refresh being activated in your Gem instance. This means that all prospect records will be automatically refreshed at least every 30 days with updated work and education info, so you'll never have to cross-check LinkedIn again, or risk reaching out to someone with an outdated intro.

Lastly, Gem is growing a ton in 2021 and we'd love your help getting the word out.
