New releases for Gem AI [Early Access]
In case you missed last month (we doubt you did!), we announced the release of our first AI solution. Today, we have more releases as part of our Early Access release. Learn more about Gem AI.
Multi-stage sequence generation. Multi-stage sequences see nearly 2x the number of interested candidates as one-off emails do, and we want recruiters to see these results without the work of building from scratch.
Pre-populated CRM search queries. Find prospects, including ATS candidates, faster with a suggested search ready to use! Gem will create a query that prioritizes relevant titles and skills based on the job description.
Prioritized inbound review. Gem will suggest relevant skills and keywords to filter and search for based on the job description you are recruiting for.
Prioritize your inbound queue based on custom application questions
Bring qualified candidates to the process faster when you filter for custom application questions like location preferences, graduation year, and so much more.

Unlock flexibility and more customization for your reporting needs with our Talent Compass enhancements:
Tell us how to calculate time in stage and passthrough rates for your specific needs. Define which population of candidates are accounted for in Dashboards.
Capture additional essential steps between your Offer and Hired stages, like Background Check!
Get clear on the most effective channels with additional outreach categories; call, Indeed message, and meeting.
Source talent from more sites with the Gem Extension
The same way Gem has allowed you to source and sequence on top of LinkedIn, SeekOut, Indeed, and many more sites, we’ve now added a few more, including Dice and Read.cv JobStreet. For the complete list, visit our integrations page. If you have any requests, don’t hesitate to chat with us in the Gem app or contact your customer success manager.
Enrich your Workday source reporting by defining the origin of Gem candidates
Give each candidate added from the Gem extension a source to help with measuring channel effectiveness. Trace every candidate in Gem back to their original source, regardless of how your team uploaded them into Gem, for more accurate reporting and attribution.
Ensure timely follow-ups with Touchpoint SLAs Alerts
Don't let candidates slip through the cracks. Touchpoint alerts notifies you when candidates haven't had contact or activity with your team recently.
Thanks for reading, and hope to hear from you soon!
