Premium Email Search and Autosend: No email? No problem! If you add a prospect to a sequence, but there is no email for that individual, Gem will automatically run premium email finding in the background and send the sequence once an email is found. Note: Gem users with Premium Email Finding are allotted 300 credits to use per month, which automatically resets on the 1st day of the month.

Insights that guide smarter decisions

Trends & Groupings for Passthrough Rates & Time in Stage: Dashboards will now allow you to apply groupings and/or time series to Passthrough rates and Time-in-Stage widgets. For example, you can now analyze trends over time across one or more steps and also segment by department, team, DEI groups, and more!

Dashboard Creation: Clone existing dashboards to serve as a starting point for new reports. If you prefer to start from a blank slate, default widgets can be unselected when creating new dashboards.

‍Job Custom Fields in Pipeline Analytics [SmartRecruiters Customers]: Users can now filter/group/breakdown their Pipeline Analytics stats by Job Custom field.

DEI Permissions: In order to help our customers better debug their pipeline and ensure data integrity, users with Manual ID permissions will be able to view details for race/ethnicity in Pipeline Analytics & Dashboards even when the sample is below the minimum threshold.

Manage your active candidates

Candidate Details & Filters: By default, Talent Pipeline will only show candidate status and scorecards (you can always customize by clicking “Candidate Details”). In addition, the candidate custom fields filter is now also available in the “Active Jobs” view

Resume Review Flow: No PDF resumes? No problem! Candidate profiles without PDF resumes (e.g., GitHub) are now captured within Gem so you can still review prospective candidate profiles

Stage Changes for Multiple Jobs [Lever Customers]: Users can now assign candidates to stages in every job that the candidate is attached to based on their primary email.

Please note: this feature is only available to teams who have provided Gem with a Lever API Key
